Traxxas outfitted the Sledge 1/8 Scale 4WD Brushless Electric Monster Truck with the VXL-6s Velineon ESC to provide 2000kV of brushless power, paired with massive steel gears and a triangulated chassis. A unique aluminium motor cradle provides engine support, while the torque-biasing center differential is used to evenly distribute power to the steel axle units. Also notable is the 5mm thick shock towers and GT-Maxx aluminium shocks, mounted with 4mm hardware, which ensure excellent stability across various terrains.
